Using its unique procurement system, Ginza Kuroson has been supplying fresh fishes procured at fishing ports throughout Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa; in Tokyo.
It is now extending that supply of fresh fishes to its patrons in Singapore.
On the sushi bar and robata grill counter placed in the restaurant, between its patrons and designer chefs, there are various kinds of fish from Japan arranged on its ice beds in a scale never seen before.
Here, one can now choose the type of fish they want from the array of fresh fishes available on the ice beds to be prepared by its designer chefs.

The beautiful Shimanto river in Kochi is aptly called the “last clear stream of Japan” and Kuroson river, one of its tributaries,
even now, retains the nostalgic scenery of the great nature. Ginza Kuroson was conceptualized as a place where one come for a relaxing time
in an ambient with the feel of the great nature itself despite being in Ginza, the biggest commercial district in Japan. The menu design is supervised by 2 chefs, a sushi chef and a French cuisine chef.
From the preparation of sushi and sashimi, the traditional Japanese charcoal robata grilling to the charcoal-grilling of French BBQ; our chefs strive to create menus that offer the tastiest feel of fish in any cooking way possible.
Not only that, Ginzo Kuroson also offers a wide range of beverages such as Japanese sake, shochu, beer and wine to choose from.
